See if your local bookstore or library has a copy of Grimm's Fairy Tales. There are several versions of the story in that volume. The Disney movie is a good representation of the story but it doesn't end the same way.

I love the Grimm's Brother's Fairytales, they are the original tales, but many are a bit graphic for young children. If you can't buy a copy of the Grimm's tales, try the site below.
