i'd wait to get the money and THEN break up. at least get it in writing that they owe you money before you do it, that way if you wind up taking them to court you'll have documentation of the money owed.

If they owe you a lot of money it means they are unreliable and in debt. Why would you want to have a relationship with someone like that.?You should be the first one they pay back. If they owe YOU money, who else do they owe? While it is true money cannot buy happiness, it is a fair indicator of satisfaction, reliability, maturity and steadiness in a relationship. You don't want to discover the hard way one day that you are 50,000 in debt because of your spouse or partner. Read the signs ahead of getting more involved with them.

If you have to ask this question, you don't have a lot of feeling for her.
Break up and give her a month to pay you and if she doesn't your going to tell everyone about her ripping you off.
This is as long as she has a way to come up with it, if not, just break off and forget the cash.

Well, I think it would depend on other things as well. Like can you trust this person at all, if you can't trust them with money. But, I can tell you this, if you break up with them now, unless you are willing to take them to court, you'll probably never see your money again. Good Luck!!!!!!
