Are you a bad person, would you use someones secert to gain power over them, would you blackmail someone. Would you lie right in someones face, would you backstab someone to get ahead in this life.

Nope not a backstabber. And totally despise them.
I'm very confident that I (and everyone else) am capable of achieving what I want through hard work, careful planning, smart thinking and fair negotiation without having to resort to backstabbing, blackmailing, cheating of any sort.

I would backstab my ex if it meant I could get what I wanted out of the property settlement and child custody decision.
