How much time and patience do you have?
You can usually pay a bulldozer operator 75 to 100 bucks for the first hour and 50 bucks after that and get the job done in a few hours.
The stumps still have to be burned, piled up or sold on E-Bay.
If you try to burn them out, you will be busy for the next 15 years.

drill a few 1" holes in the stumps, with a hand drill or a battery operated drill, about 6" deep. fill each hole with butter milk. the bacteria in the the butter milk will rot out the stump. Will take a year or two.

At logging sites they either use a bulldozer with a stump/brushrake or they drill hole in the stumps and pour a mixture of gas and kerosene (burns longer) and light it on fire.
