Are there any psychics who can do readings on the net that actually work?

I don't know of anyone on line, and I wouldn't trust them anyway. Read Sylvia Browne's books. There are many of them where she talks about past lives. She talks about how she's done many past life regressions for people, and how many of our fears and phobias in this life are from traumatic events in past lives. I do know (but I'm not sure which book) that she explains how you can do a regression for yourself. I believe she has a book called Past Lives, Future Healing. I've read a lot of her books, and they are fascinating. You can watch her on The Montel Williams Show every Wed. morning.

no,there are no physics that can do this kind of reading as reincarnation can only occur when your soul is judged by God himself.i have two theories on this one but i dont know if its true or not to believe.its up to you.okay then: (1)you may have done many good things in your life more than anyone else and given a chance to live again. (2)you may have suffered many times in your past and enjoyed so little happiness throughout your whole entire life.thus,you were reincarnated to once more roam the earth to be able to find and enjoy true happiness for once in your life.

There are many beliefs out there. Some believe that we have all been incarnated hundreds of times by now. It's all about what you think. You can always find someone to do a past-life reading for you, but in the end it's up to what feels right to you.

You then jumped to can you hire someone who is reliable to tell you about your past lives. A much better route to go, though a bit more expensive, is to hire a hypnotist.
