No, it does not work with Creative Zen Vision M or any other 3rd party player. The media you purchase on itunes is crippled in certain ways (for instance, to curtail what would otherwise be your right to make personal copies without a programmed limit, and play them on the device of your choice), and laws (such as the DMCA in the USA) make it illegal to distribute software that can circumvent these restrictions. Without getting permission from Apple (which apple will never give), no third party (ex. Creative) can legally sell a device in the US that will play media files that came from itunes. no but why would you want to use itunes? there music quality is poor, getting the zvm yu can use A SHITLOAD of other music stores like yahoo music unlimited and its high quality, besides i love my zvm sooo much.

no. i have to download my music and put it on Windows Media Player and hit the sync button. this program should already be on your computer.
