I'm just made 29 weeks today, I am still not showing and I 've been wondering why I 'm trying my prenatal vitamans , eating right , exercise and going to my pernatal visits but i haven't seem to "popped out" yet... I have a small frame , 4'10 and 100 lbs but I don't think that has anything to do with it , has anybody had this problem and when did they start showing and can anyone who have been in my shoes give me some helpful advice?
thanks

Everyone's body is different. I like you, am small framed, 5'2, about 100 lbs. When I was pregnant with my oldest son, I did not show that much until well into my 6th month. With my second son, I started showing really early! A girl that I went to school with had a baby a month after we graduated and no one could ever tell she was pregant. I wouldn't worry about it, if your doctor doesn't think that it is a problem, then don't worry. It will happen! Just keep taking care of yourself and doing what you are doing and I am sure everything will be ok. Congratulations by the way!!

I went to the emergency room in labor on Monday at 37 weeks pregnant, but the nurse not only did not believe I was in labor, but that I was even pregnant. I'm 5'3 and also have a fairly small frame. You can tell I'm pregnant, but only if I have tighter clothing on. As annoying as that is, I don't really have any strech marks, I'm not as uncomfortable as I imagine I could be, and the baby is a healthy weight. You may never get very big... so get used to those annoying comments like "your so small, or no way your pregnant" (as if you looked like this before you got pregnant)

one subject i've got discovered in my being pregnant is that no 2 each and every physique is the comparable and all of us have diverse stories. in case your scientific professional isn't worried, then permit that placed your recommendations comfy. purely ensure you're ingesting adequate, and getting adequate nutrition for the two you and the toddler. And reckoning on your physique style, the toddler, and different aspects... how lots women folk prepare is often diverse. a competent volume of people do no longer probably come out till the final month or 2. Or there is mostly a guess that your dr. has your due date incorrect. in case you're rather worried approximately it, according to risk examine into getting a 2nd opinion.

I thought smaller framed woman showed a lot sooner than larger framed woman? Well I'm sure everything is fine you've had an ultrasound and baby looks good right? If so than be happy I am going on 40 weeks and wished I was little again.lol Good Luck, I'm sure everything is fine.

I am 5'4 and have just recently started showing. Popped out so quick! Was over the course of a few weeks. I had a flat tummy, then all of a sudden I was huge! I am about 26 weeks now and it is all boobs and belly. Everyone is different, maybe you are just the type that no one can tell!

I didn't show until about 6 to 7 months. If i were you I'd be thankful! Showing early could mean a big baby and at your size that's not something you want to push out! All babies and pregnancies are very different. If it's your first, it takes longer to show and with your next you might show at three months!

Be patient and best wishes!

I didn't start showing till I was 6 months. You may have a uterus that sits towards your back and your baby is growing in you, it's just not protruding outward. It happens. I heard stories about how women didn't know they were even pregnant because they never showed. I find it somewhat hard to believe but it can happen apparently.

I didn't show until I was 6.5 months, and even at 8 months under most clothes you couldn't really tell.

I'm 5'2" and pudgy.

Personally I loved not showing, I hated people knowing I was pregnant because I hated being fussed over. However if you want people to know you are pregnant just start wearing maternity tops. They'll make you look pregnant even if you aren't really showing ;-)

Congrats!
