Well, since I am diabetic, I'm limited in my options - I have to settle for any ice cream that is sugar free, and has almost no carbs either.
For those who are diabetic and/or interested, Nestle Crunch Ice Cream Bars have a sugar free version.

Chocolate! My favorite is World Class Chocolate from Baskin-Robbins, it's a blend of milk chocolate and white chocolate ice cream. Yummo!
