None! Horror is only the result of fear of life and understanding and results from our own thoughts. While this seems simplistic
and even a cop out just consider that how we feel is almost always a product of how we conceive that life is treating us. Both
feeling and conception are products of our intellect and not our spirit, which is backwards. You must know and you do know that
the Universe is unfolding with perfection and that includes you.
Our Universal Creator expanded it's energy to form all of creation
in it's perfect glory and that includes you and me and all the
children of the Universe. Our ability to be happy is to go deep
inside our own existence and in quite solitude seek our creator.
There are many ways of meditation that you can seek out and
learning to meditate will bring you peace. joy and show you
your heroic purpose for life.
