So sorry to hear this....I'm a Teacher and it makes me sad to know you are going through this...Well, you should tell your Parents what is happening at school. Many teens have a tough time in school, and you shouldnt have to worry about being teased on a daily basis for something that you can not control..
Tell your parents. Maybe they will not smoke near you anymore. Tell them to Not smoke in your bedroom, in the laundryroom (where clothes are), or in the main common areas that you hang out in (the den)..Tell them that they should make some rooms "smoking rooms", and some rooms "non-smoking". And ask them to close the door when they smoke in there.Tell them they should no longer smoke in the cars while you are there..
I know they will think this is very hard on them, but you should not have to suffer like this. Also, smoking is one of the most difficult addictions to break, and your parents are under the control of cigarettes..... But at least you arent asking them to smoke outside on the front porch like many familes do.
Also, since you are young, you are at great risk for developing cancer from second hand smoke. You are still growing, and the smoke is worse on your body than youtr adult parents. Your parebrs should remember that Christopher Reeves wife just died of lung cancer and she never smoked--some people think she maye have goten it from the days she worked around smokers in lounges as a young singer.
You should buy some good designer brand colonge and spray your clothes and bookbag with it every morning--heavily. Ask your parents to buy you some good cologne for the holidays that are coming up.
SHOW THEM THIS LETTER AND TELL THEM YOU WANT TO HAVE A TALK WITH THEM ABOUT THIS. Also print out this link about Second Hand Smoke.
Good luck.

To remove the smell from fabrics, such as furniture upholstery, sprinkle the fabric with baking soda. Leave it for a few hours, and then vacuum it off. If you're concerned about baking soda messing up your fine materials, test it first in an inconspicuous area of the fabric. Upholstery shampoo, either a commercial brand or a one you make yourself using liquid dish or laundry detergent and warm water, can also help remove smells from furniture. Be careful that you don't get the furniture too wet while you're cleaning it, and speed the drying by keeping windows open and using a fan. Don't forget the carpets. These can suck up smells too. Sprinkle the carpet with a mixture of 1 cup Borax and 2 cups cornmeal, wait an hour, and then vacuum. try a solution of 1 gallon of warm water, 1/2 cup plain ammonia, 1/4 cup white vinegar, and 1/4 cup washing soda (which can be found in the laundry additives area of supermarkets).

wow i never had this problem when i was in highschool it was cool to smoke ;) febreeze will just make it worse. Depends on what kind of bag it is you might be able to wash it in the washing machine and try to keep it in your room as they don't smoke in your room? if can't put it in washing machine you'll have to wash it by hand that work better and add baking soda to teh water about 2 tablespoons and 1/3 cup of laundry detergent. Then you can spray it with febreeze or your perfume or cologne.

Nok-Out is a non-toxic, odorless liquid, safe to use anywhere smoke odors exist. Nok-Out fresh means clothing, upholstery, cars, shoes, carpets, or draperies are unpolluted again.
In closets, where smoke odors have collected on clothing, the clothes should be aired out, and for fabric that is washable, clothes may be sprayed liberally with NOK-OUT, full strength (test for colorfastness first) or you may want to wash in the washing machine with Nok-Out (8-16 oz. per load).
Clothing that is 'dry-cleanable' can be sprayed lightly, but remember that NOK-OUT is water based. Spray the entire closet, floors, walls, shelves, and corners.
Spray door facings both inside and outside with NOK-OUT to keep tobacco odors from spreading throughout the house.

Outdoors, hand wash then spray soap off with garden hose then rinse with some vinegar water and rinse well. Hang in the sun to dry. The thing is, once it goes back in the house, it gets smelly again from the smoking. Good luck, that's horrible for you.

Oust might work. Tell your parents that you're being picked on, and maybe they'll start smoking outside. (Not to mention that your health is being endangered! I smoke too, but not around my kids.)
