I am very happy, I was starting to lose faith in my fellow Americans. I am guardedly optimistic about meaningful change though. The dems have a hard position now, they are inheriting a mess with no good solutions and may be blamed now for however it turns. Also, while I would love to see them start investigating some of the stuff that has gone on and hold people accountable I know this probably won't happen to the degree I would like. Too many would say they are being partisan rather than working towards cooperating and it would distract from accomplishing other goals like economic help for middle class, education, and immigration reform. Immigration reform will be another thorny issue because I don't think there is a solution that will make everyone happy. They have a hard road ahead. BUT YES I AM SO HAPPY!

scary dude,so many sheep think one party is better than another. If we were a little smarter all this our gang is great bullshit would cost a hell of alot less than it does now. People are human whether they are rs or ds. did any good ever come to the common man through the politicans that make big fat paycheck of of the little guys or is it all a bunch of bullshit that gets passed down from generation to the next one and the tourture lives for anyone that want All the politicans to *** off and die a slow death.

Is this question in the right category?

Anyways, you dems better pray you don't mess it up in the next two years. Otherwise you are setting us up for another republican president.
