No unless every single person can learn to tolerate other people's beliefs and control personal greed and be satisfied with what they have--only then war can stop... and that's pretty much impossible

Yes and we are almost there. Psalms 46:9 Isaiah 2:4
Ps 46:9 He is making wars to cease to the extremity of the earth.
Isaiah 2:4 and they will not learn war anymore
That one is on the UN building.
Psalms 37: 9. 10, 11. Talks about a war to end all wars when God destroys all wicked people in one last war.

Nope, unless we all die in some event thousands of years from now, because humans always have something to be mad at each other about. We will always be fighting.
