those are his children and he has a right to get custody. I don't think he'll get it because Britney has more money than he does. They should get shared custody because she also has a right as a mom. Although, I never heard of their children being in danger w/ Kevin. Eventhough we didn't see him w/ his kids much he doesn't seem like he's a bad father. He might just be threatening her for more cash. who knows. I hope it all gets resolved in a civil manner for the babies sake.

What a loser! With his track record, he doesn't deserve to have custody of those boys. He's also seeking spousal support, because, he says that Britney refused to split their community property. I'd like to what shared property he's talking about, since, he obviously hasn't been paying the bills. UGH!

I don't think he has a chance in hell. He has already abandoned his first two children. The second one wasn't even out of the womb when he left the mother for Britney.
THAT should have been a clue for Britney right there.

He jus wants more money. he knows how britney is portrayed as a bad mother, so he probably thinks he has a better chance to get custody for child support.
