Lets say I need ....622 points to get to level 3 of yahoo answers.....If I answer 5 questions a day, at 2 points per answer....assuming I get no best answers, and ask no more questions....How long will it take me to get to level 3?

You should work a bit harder and try to get best answer. Only one of those five answered each day selected as best and you double your daily total, that will take you to level 3 in one month.

62.2 i took 5 * 2 and got 10 points and divided 622 by 10 so at least 63 days

And you got 378.
So, answer 5 a day, 2 points each. That's 10.
So, answer 50, that's 100.
So, answer 100, that's 200.
So, answer 250, that's 500.
So, answer 300, that's 600.
So, answer 311, that's 622.
Therefore, it would take you 62 1/5 (62.5) days.

Since you also get 1 point every day you sign on that's 11 points/day, so
622 points/11points/day=56.54 days. You'll get there on the 57th day, a little less than 2 months.
