Is it because they are a minority? In ten years when whites are the minority can we scream "White Pride"? I cannot help it that whites 200 years ago enslaved blacks, and gassed 6 million Jews or killed 9 million Indians. I feel just as proud as Hispanics because my people have invented almost everything and we treat women respect.

Why do you want to be proud of something as flimsy as skin color? How about being proud of who you really are, as a person? Of your talents and skills and gifts and how you have become a better person during this lifetime? And by all means celebrate your culture, be proud of what you and fellow-Americans have given this world, but not on a color chart.
No it's not because they're a numerical minority, it's because they feel themselves to be an oppressed group.... or rather, because their politicians have created the image of them as an oppressed group. Blacks in South Africa under apartheid were a 72% majority but because they were excluded from political power they needed to develop a sense of "African unity" to gain self-respect and, in time, power.

Over generalizing is a dangerous thing. Not all white men treat women with respect. Not all Hispanics show racial pride and not all people would condemn you for being proud of being white. I am white and I have white guilt but my head is telling me, I personally didn't do it. I know how you feel but we all pay for what our ancestors did for a long time. I think we just have to suck it up.

If you are talking about whites in the US I think there is not much feeling of unity because it is still a young country. The "whites" came from a number of different countries and so have varied ethnicities. When we have been a nation as long as the European nations most of us came from we may have "white pride". Just my thoughts on the matter.

It is all ethnic backgrounds. As soon as a "white" does anything now a days, its considered racist.
