Have had many happy moments. Birth of my three sons, birth of my two granddaughters, etc. But the most memorable moment that comes to my mind at present would be when I asked my fiance to marry me. We had both been married before and had swore to one and other that we would never again do this foolish ritual. Well fate has a way of kicking us in the butt and I did ask her to marry me. We live 2.5 hours apart and I drove to her place on weekend. I was unshaven, had just got off work and drove straight there so didn't look the prettiest either. Had no shirt on as it was really hot outside, got down on my knee and asked her. Well next thing you know she is saying of course and we both into the crying. Sounds kind of funny now when I think about it, and certainly not romantic in the least. But that moment I will not forget. Thanks for making me realize once again how truly lucky I am.
