With hormone replacement you should still be able to get pregnant.

Your thyroid gland plays a part along with many of your other endocrine system glands to regulate certain body functions. Without it you may have to take a replacement hormone to helpregulate the other parts of your endocrine system but the loss of your thyroid should not make you totally incapable of becoming pregnant. It may affect other organs which could affect your ability to become pregnant -due to the lack of the hormones that the thyroid produces- but you should still be able to concieve. You should be asking your doctor this question and not Yahoo!

I can see no earthly reason why your thyoid removal would have any bearing on whether or not you can have children.
