it has to be HER that actually does it. but you can help her by finding a job that has the same pay and benefits and has the same workload. she may be concerned about that. maye another old folks home? or maybe learning to get along with the co workers? she may have to take less money to get out of the situation if she's seriously unhapy but she may not be. i know it's a hard situation to watch your friend in but she has to make the choice for herself.

Well, you can talk to her about the problems she had in the past with her co-workers and try to get her to quit and move to an enviroment where she can be happy. Sooner or later, if she doesn't quit her job, then she just might start acting like them and be mean and perverted, not trying to scare you or anything, but people sometimes take in what's around them. Try it and see what happens.

Help her to get a better job first - the idea of making your friend unemployed because YOU don't like her working conditions is really a bit messed up.
Let her live her life - and you focus on living yours. If you can HELP her practically along the way, do so - but making her give up her job before she has found soemthing else is the work of an enemy, NOT a true friend.

i'm so sorry that you've flow to by the torment of residing with someone who beverages too a lot. You did not write no matter in the journey that your father is an alcoholic or a heavy drinker. they're not an similar. An alcoholic beverages habitually, even even as the ingesting interferes consisting of his ability to operate. A heavy drinker beverages excessively, yet he can go with the cases he beverages and chorus from ingesting even as that is going to intervene consisting of his ability to operate. besides the undeniable fact that in answering your posting, i am going to assume that your dad is an alcoholic. you want to appreciate what your dad feels if he's an alcoholic, William. The urge to drink is as solid because the urge that you and that i think after we ought to flow to the rest room badly. that is an overpowering, continual, and ceaseless urge. the first symptom of alcoholism is denial: “I purely drink beer”, “I purely drink on weekends”, “i can nonetheless manage my interest”. "i'm not inebriated, I purely have a mild buzz." the excuses flow on and on. Alcoholics restructure truth purely so that they trust they don’t have a issue. they trust everybody else round them has the issue, yet they don't. that is the reason they get mad even as someone tells them to stop ingesting. Your dad may be restructuring truth in this similar way. Alcohol acts as a tranquilizer, an antidepressant, or as a pacifier reckoning on the guy. Scientists are gaining knowledge of that genetic factors artwork mutually with environmental factors to predispose someone to common and severe ingesting--the definition of alcoholism. besides the undeniable fact that, they nonetheless don’t understand all the plethora of genetic factors. Scientists got here upon that alcohol impacts the excitement centers contained in the mind otherwise than it does those who're not alcoholics. At this aspect, you want to look after your self. connect AL-ANON or Ala-youngster. It's not really that hard to find another job. Just look around. If you really want to help her quit then find her a better job and tell her about it.

find out why she thinks she cant find another job. if shes been at this one awhile and been a good worker, she should start hunting. also, see if she has someone outside this home to report abuse to--like a home office. if not or she wont--u could do it anonymously--or talk to someone for her in the community that may be able to direct you as who to go to. especially the state board that investigates nursing homes.

She can sue for sexual harassment. But she should look for another job and put her two weeks notice. I would suggest temporary agencies, they can give you work as soon as they become available with little experience. Sell her on that, a new job!
