As a man, I am conflicted about implants. But, you say you are flat as a board w/out them. You discussed this with your parents and they supported you. Unless you are really top heavy now.. have you heard of Carol Doda?? (do a search for The Condor/Carol Doda on the net and you'll see some huge boobs).. but there's no shame in wanting to have a normal looking body.
The women who go for DD and counting either to catch a man or get bigger tips when bartending seem pretty bizzare to me. My suggestion is to consult back with your parents and maybe with a professional counselor who may help you find insights into your feeling ashamed when, there's really nothing to be ashamed of. If keeping your surgery a secret makes you uncomfortable, you might write 100% silicone (or saline?) on each breast and make sure everyone knows.
Seriously. If you are now well proportioned and w/out your surgery would be unable to wear feminine things comfortably, you should be happy that your parents were so understanding and be comfortable with your look.
I'll bet your shape is just fine.

If this helps at all, there is nothing to be ashamed of. Lots of people have implants (yes, even normal people). If you are feeling stupid because you flat out DENIED having implants, then I'm sure your friend will get over it; if the subject has never come up, I'm sure he/she won't care (or will want to know all about them so she can get some too).

I do not understand why some people are so uptight about this issue. Someone at work was making fun of someone with fakes the other day. Of course she has no such worry.
I think this is ridiculous. I mean, we only come this way once and if someone wants larger breasts more power to them!

No! If you look better and therefore fell better about yourself, keep them. If people around you think you have implants, tell people. They're thinking it anyway and you won't feel like you have a deep dark secret.

Honey unless they are causing you physical health problems don`t bother. My sister had the same prob but bought her own...it took some adjustment but eventually you just accept they are a part of who you are...oh when you have kids...don`t be surprised when the breast fairy comes that the skin will be very tight.

Don't be ashamed. If you like them, who cares what anyone else thinks? Having plastic surgery done is nothing to be ashamed of as long as it makes you happy.
Suggestion: tell your best friend and explain why you got them and see how he/she reacts. I bet it won't be as bad as you think.

I don't think you should at all. If YOU are happy with your breast, and I'm assuming they aren't gimungo now, then you should keep them how you love them. Don't be ashamed, you did it for you, and nobody HAS to know.

Why should you get them removed just for your friends? You got them for yourself, so you should keep them. If your friend is really a friend, she will understand that you felt uncomfortable before with how small your chest was.
