my best friends name is ka'tina and her boyfriend jason treats her very "good" but hes cheating on her with like 3 other chicks. Other girls have tried 2 tell her but since he treats her "good" she doesnt believe them. i just dont wanna see my best friend since kindergarten hurt like this cuz it would break her heart and she has a heart of gold. i already know im gonna tell her n i have some proof. so my question is how do i tell her without breaking her heart completely

Its gonna break her heart no matter how you do it, but just tell here from your heart, and be there to pick up the pieces. Just make sure that you don´t make it sound like you are trying to move in on him, or you have some personal interest in them breaking up. I bet she really knows it even though she says she doesn't belive it, but she feels some kind of security in the relationship. Women normally know when they are being cheated on whether they want to admit it or not. Sometimes it is a pride thing, like being rejected and all...
Anyway good luck, be a good friend, and offer a good shoulder to cry on if necessary. Let her know just like you said it in your question and if she knows you that well she will trust your motives.

Nothing at all.
People only believe when they want to believe and what they want to believe.
If she pays attention then no one has to tell her. She will know.
It is called denial and so many use it.
Mind your own business and let her do her thing.
What is wrong with having two or three that you see and have sec with. If not married and have taken the vow to be only with one then just being a GF of BF does not give a person exclusive rights.

if you've got proof, then you can come straight out and tell her but if she refuses to believe you, then tell her "don't tell me i never warned you!" and don't be her friend for a while and see what hapens when he dumps her. she'l come crying on your shoulder.
