Yes you can, any mammal can lactate.
Certain medications can cause lactation, either as a side effect or as a desired effect. Some people have even started lactation because they want to/have to, there is a crying baby and a desire to do it, so the body does what the body does. Lactation is also caused by pseudocyesis (false pregnancy), farm animal as well as women sometimes suffer from false pregnancy.
Babies are also sometimes born lactating due to the mothers hormones.

Yes! It has been proven(In Japan) that a woman who has a baby put on her breast regularly for 2 days will begin to lactate. This is how it was done for the royal family in Japan. They are called wet nurses

I agree with the other answers that it can be done. I would also assume that modern medicine could help with this. It is hormones that that cause the onset of lactation (specifically prolactin). It might be possible to medicate oneself with artificial versions of the needed hormones. I would guess an ob-gyn would be the right specialist to consult about this.

I have heard that you can. You have to "train" your breast to start producing milk. By having an infant suck on your breast while having a device attatched to your nipple with fomula in it. Soon ( I don't know how long you could produce milk on your own.)
