I wold just like to know because I want to put a DVD movie into my iPod and I don't want to be buying movies from iTunes all the time.

If the movie is copyprotected and you live in the USA, copying the movie is against the law.

You should use Cucusoft's iPod to DVD converter. It costs $30, but if you just laid out $275 for the iPod Video then it shouldn't be that big of a deal. Don't listen to these morons that tell you burning a DVD you already own is illegal- you are allowed to make back-up copies of anything you want, as long as you own the original DVD. The program is pretty easy to use. Put it this way- I would never have bought the iPod video without first making sure that I could burn my DVDs to it. Good luck to you. Peace out.

U'll need a third party software. U can buy 'em from BestBuy or CircuitCity for about $39. My ZenVisionM doesn't need a third party software to do that, hahahaa. I love my ZenVisionM
