Governor do they use their own money or someon else's?

They use the governments money... unless its simply private business of thier own, like buying a computer for home use.

They have to use their own money for things like clothes and personal items but a lot of things comes out of your taxes

There are some who uses government funds for their own sake. Those who are called corrupt politicians.
