Do you mean other than base 10? Like binary number system? In binary, only digits are 1 and 0. Places are powers of 2. So 1 binary = 1 base 10. 10 binary = 2 base 10. Etc.
There is hexadecimal (16) where digits are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, and F
So F base 16 is 15.
There are an infinite number of base systems but they would quickly become stupid.

base 2 - binary
base 8 - octal
base 16 - hexadeciman
base 32
base 64

you can have your own base system. like base 7 or base 13.
