lets keep in mind that the hulk gets stronger the madder he gets,and venoms symbiote gets more powerful depending on how strong its host is.....we have no idea what it would be capable of on an enraged hulk,but lets be more imaginative,eh?

i personally think hulk and superman would be pretty even if hulk was very very mad other then superman would be faster and have some extra abilities. But with a symbiote any of them not nessaraly the venom one althought. The symbiote would increase hulks strenght and also make him not just mad but crazy and mad. He would be unstopable. I don't think anything short of galactus or some other super omnipitant being would be able to stop him.

As strong as the Hulk is, it still gets flash fried by heat vision. If that doesnt work for some strange reason, Supes still gets it. The added mobility Venom has will not stop Supes speed and flight. Supes will pound Hulk till he cant breathe anymore and will have to wait and heal, time Supes wont give him.
If Wolverine can take the Hulk 50 percent of the time and the symbiote gives very little advantage to Hulk, then the last son of Krypton wins. Everytime.

Superman already whipped Doomsday's butt so Hulk is going to get his butt kicked too.
Venom does have spider-sense and that can help him avoid Superman's attacks. However, Venom doesn't have anything in his arsenal to even injure the man of steel.
Peter Parker developed kryptonite webbing to defeat Superman but not kill him. So unless Venom thinks like Peter. It's Superman...no contest.

Superman would beat the crap out of the Symbiote but once Venom gets a hold to Superman, and goes inside his body and blew up his internal organs and who knows what...hell be beat for sure....
well the entity called the Spectre will beat up all of them even if they all team up against him..

the symbiote doesn't like fire very well-so against Kal-El's heat vision--no contest---then its Superman beating the crap out of the hulk!
