Is it possible for a child to have physical resemblance with a man and his family even though he is not the child's biological father? And the child's biological father looks nothing like the child? And paternity test proves that the biological father is the biological father?

Yes it is possible, in fact it is only pure coincidence, also you can have a double, a person who look exactly like you and was born in another country very far from us..☺

Yes, however that would be very subjective and very limited in probability

If talking about genes that are responsible for this resemblance, i might have some genes other people might also have because we shared the same ancenstry maybe 9000 years ago

Um....lots of people look like other people to whom they are not related. It is just a matter of random chance. Now if you are asking if someone will begin to look like their stepfather because they live with them, absolutely not.
