Ok so heres the deal. tomarrow and friday i do not have school becuase of confrences im 12 and im probably going to CVS tomarrow to get materials or snacks for selling or containers and such for fundrasiing.I will probably takea couple of my friends grab a table or something and Have someone Donate some money to such ill have like 5 containers and one would probably be for red cross another one would be for freeing aniamsl from testig or such and Homless kids and toys for tots.and if they give anything in change you get a pencil and if you give 1-2 dollars you would get some candy and if you gave more than 5 dollars you would get a small bag of chips.Im ryign to help and everything I love to help people and stuff but I need more ideas explain to me some stuff I could do and how exaclty please =] but Im saving the money to donate and please dont say " JUST DONATE IT GET A DOLAR and donate it!" well no i wanna save alot of money so help me =]

You need to pick just one to do at a time. Make a sign to put in front of your table. Just a basket with candy in it is good enough for a donation. Dont reward for different donations people will not always give if they cant afford more than pocket change. Treat them all the same. When people are walking by ask if they would like to help "toys for tots" "homeless" or what ever you are collecting for. You might even have a raffle .
roll of tickets, 50 cents each 3 for 1.oo have a small prize . Or guess the beans in a jar.

how about going to a convalescent home and reading to some of the folks there? maybe play some cards or checkers. for some of these folks it would make their day just to have someone to talk to.talk to your parents, i'll bet they would agree.
this would be way easier than fundraising and you'll see the results right away in the smiles on these often forgotten faces.

Hon, what you are planning is begging. The bums and hobo's used to "sell" pencils. You are asking other people to give when you beg. Why not offer to rake lawns, wash cars, walk the dog, Hollywood is quick to lend their names, to get other people to give. But very few of them give of themselves. If you really care, that is the way to show it.
