My grandfather who i was close with died about 6 months ago. Since then i have either thought about him or cried every day. It's not a good feeling and really makes me feel blue and somber. What should i do to remedy this? It's not that i want to forget him it just hurts too much when i think about him which is constant.

Sit down and pray about this, tell God and your grandfather about the problem you are having, ask them to release you from this grief and bondage of weeping. Talk to them just like you would when your grandfather was alive and ask God to intervene for you to your grandfather. Tell God just what you said above, then ask God to give you ideas of things to do and places to go so you can be able to release the grief. Lord bless you. It is going to be okay now. Best wishes!

It sounds like you two were very close, and you miss his company. He wouldn't want you to grieve over him and be depressed because of his death. He actually is in a much better place than we are, and he I'm sure is watching over you, and is at your side more than you think. You may even dream of him, and if you do, that is his way of visiting you again and being with you. It really does happen, I had of dream of my parents being in a wonderful quiet peaceful place where we could communicate without even talking. I wanted to stay there, but I knew I couldn't. When I woke up, I had a very peaceful feeling, and I knew that they were alright, and in a wonderful place compared to earth. Someday we will all be reunited with our loved ones once again, so don't feel that you will never see him again, you will someday, and maybe even in your dreams!
