Got opinions? SHare them. Both sites seem to do a bit of review changing (bad reviews with 5 star ratings on products, very generic great reviews on multiple items).
What're your experiences with them both?

NewEgg has much better customer support, honors their rebates, and ships items on time. Tigerdirect on one hand looks cheaper, but in my experience, I would not shop with them. Items get backordered, don't ship on time, are not returnable, and they don't deliver on rebates. I would go with NewEgg if I had a choice.
You can also get some extra money back by posting what you are about to buy on modoshi first if price is a concern.

I haven't done business with Newegg, but I've had good luck with Tigerdirect.
