Sure! Lots of times. Just reformatted my HDD because cleaning the registry is such a pain in the neck. Had some ATI drivers that were causing it. Common...
Usually, in the message, there will be clues as to what is causing the problem. Just read through it and you'll likely figure out what is causing it.

Human wise...the final time was years ago when I looked into That abusive ex's eyes....oops....wrong...sorry...those were Ice Blue eyes like like emotionless daggers of death...not the BSOD of which you spoke..LOL
