Once they are pronounced dead, they are no longer a prisoner, and the family is contacted, and makes the funeral arrangements. At that point the prison is officially out of the transaction.

yes if they have any why wouldnt they they burry the body only if no fam or no one clames the body just cause they had aids dosnt mean anything

yeah they should. its a sign of respect. the relatives are then in charge of burying the body or doing whatever they please with it as long as it's legal lol.
