pick the pantyhose you like and look at the size chart on the back...match your height and weight and poof...you have your size.

Dress size or pants size doesn't matter when it comes to pantyhose. The sizes are based on weight and height. I'm a 6 and I wear size B. Make sure to look on a package of pantyhose, any brand to see where your measurements fit in.
