Two choices.

Put your Windows CD in the drive and let it boot up. I believe the "Windows Tour" is an option to select on the initial screen

Try going to http://www.microsoft.com and searching for the Windows XP tour.

Try going to start, and find the search button, when it comes up type in windows tour and what category it falls in, checks your whole computer, VERY useful, use it all the time even if you deleted it it will still be in your trash bin and the search even searches that!.....HOPE YOU FIND IT!

I deleted it but I believe it was either on the Accessories folder or the System folder.
