2 PATHETIC powerplays for Tampa for absolutely nothing. And the one PP they gave to the Pens was for absolutely nothing. Absolutely unbelievable... Armstrong got held up and there was no call. He went into the corner and finished his check and they called HIM for a penalty!!!!
Pathetic league this **** is.

It's funny. The only one with a good response on here is a woman. Ya ya ya. Refs aren't perfect. My foot. You are conditioned to believe that because the media doesn't show their rotten calls unless they are blatently obvious. Wake up and look at all the botched calls

They missed Stall behind the net with 3 minutes left gets tripped and NO CALL!!!

The refereeing has been very inconsistent with these new rules! I'm all for cleaning up the cheap stuff and the blatant restraining penalties but I've seen lots of questionable calls on hooks, tripping and interference but then there are times, especially late in the game that they ignore obvious penalties and that needs to change!! They should also do away with the 2nd referee...that's like having 2 judges in a court case!!

Yeah why don't they stop making calls altogther. Let's only stop the play for goals and when the net comes off the moorings. Yeah the refs have MISSED a call or two in the first bt don't see why you say the calls were on nothing. Maybe you are watching a different game then me.
Don't bring up the tainted Cup to me. I will never acknowledge that Dallas fairly won that Cup. That was one of the sickest things I ever witnessed and I didn't like either of the teams. I was just watching the game. Then there was the oh it's ok to have your foot in the crease as long as you aren't interfering with the goalie, oh and this rule has nothing to do with that Stanley Cup game. As Herb Brooks said how can the guy be in the crease and NOT interfering with the goalie?

The refs are worst than last year. The players cant do nothing without getting a penalty called. Is there something we can do to stop the maddness. Like write a letter to the nhl saying we dont appreciate the refs calling 50 million penalties a game.

tampa needs to drop out and form a roller hockey league in the warm climate.
