well i got admission to this university but the administrator sent me documents with errors, i noticed them and then pointed them out in an email.
he replied apologizing about the errors in a way i never expected, i mean he is usually quite 'to-the-point' person and i didnt expect a nice apology from him.

what should i say in my reply to the email?
i want to say 'thats ok' but in a way that its formal and doesnt make him feel any lesser (or shall i say doesnt make him and his replies any ruder and shorter)...

please answer ASAP...

Write that you are apreciative that they corrected the mistake, and that you admire that the college did so in a kind and timely manner.

Tank him for his reply, and accept it as gracefully as poss-able. That is all you can do, as long as you did not loose your spot at the University. No one is perfect you know.
