That is not a hard decision. Adrian Peterson is the best all around back in the NFL. Reggie Bush will never be more than a role player. Special teams and 3rd down.

Reggie Bush I think will prove to be the better NFL back. Peterson runs too 'upright' - a style that is more prone to taking a direct hit and getting injured.
I don't think it's any coincidence that Peterson has been hurt all three years of his college career.
