what eyeliner is the best???

ok so i have reen eyes and blonde hair. what color eyeliner is best??? also i need a new one beucase i always have to reapply it. any comments?

if u want liner that lasts all day, take a thin angled brush, wet it and use it to apply shadow. once it dries, the powder will last all day, and u never have to sharpen it, and u can use any color you want, unlike with traditional pencil eyeliners.

Probably a coal-colored eyeliner would be best, but it's up to you whether you want to use a pencil or a liquid eyeliner. I like to use both: line the eye with lightly with pencil and then do a very thin line of liquid eyeliner over that. If this is done correctly, then you achieve a "smoky" look that is very pretty.

Try the waterproof ones from maybelline or clinique is great too if you have some extra money. Oh and a plum shade would really bring out your eyes. You could go to a counter in the mall and they will pick one that looks the best on you :)

purple eyeliner really helps green eyes stand out. I use clinique eyeliner. Its expensive ($14) but it lasts a pretty long time and it stays on pretty well.

try smashbox, get the cream eyeliners w/ 12 diffrent colors. I really think that their midnight brown would look great on green eyes.
