my friends and i are creating our own band, and we need help deciding on a name. our top five choices so far are random, tangle, black ribbon, midnight sun, and scarlet fever. so far, we think scarlet fever and midnight sun are the best ones. what do you think???
also, are there any web sites that have songs and show u how to play them?
btw, i am the drummer for the band...which will be AWESOME!

Depends on what your playing love. Try to get a title that is suggestive of your genre. I personallly like midnight sun if your going for either a hard rock feel or a jazz feel. As to finding music, good luck finding it now a days. Sheet music is almost impossible to find anything worth while for free online, and tabs are equally worthless, usually only have a bar or two of the head. The best thing ive found is to just sit down and try figuring it out. Itll make all of you better, and will also help when you write your own stuff. BTW....as the drummer, you got big shoes to fill love, keep that beat, mix it up, but be rock solid!

Scarlet Fever is the better name. Midnight Sun is too much like that Soundgarden song.

There is a band in Oz called Random - but I like Tangle - what about just "Scarlet" or "Tangled"

I would pick Midnight Sun,I think that sounds the best of them all. Black Ribbon seems okay too but I still like the first one best. I dont know what you like though that is just my personal opinion. good luck on your name! =D
