Since we invaded Iraq and tore the country apart and going to use our taxpayer dollars to rebuild it costing billions when all is said and done. Do we all own a piece of Iraq? The biggest portion of money being spent there is USA dollars so that seems to be right or has that been the plan all along?

First let me say THANK YOU blacklion for your time in service ,and for coming home safe. And now for the answer it would be no; frist the people of this country would not allow it because of every thing that has happened in Iraq, we want to be done with it and I don't think that by making it a U.S territory it would ever be over. and now that the Dem. control the Congress it would really be hard for the president to even sugest it. so no I don't think it will ever happen.

no, but there will probably be a us military presence there, just like in germany and korea and many others. just think , if iraq could become a civilized country maybe people would visit there like they do previously war ridden countries. wouldnt that be something.
