Oh god yes. It was fine until he wanted to get married. Then I realized all the things I hated about him. As long as we weren't married, I wouldn't be affected by his whoring or bad money management or inability to hold a job. He was great in bed and always ready to party -- exactly what I wanted. When he wanted to get married.... boy.

Apparently, you don't quite despise him enough; because if you did you would never want to be with him.
You've got some complicated thing going there, and you probably need some time to sort it out. Is there any chance you're just in the habit of having him around at a certain time of night; and the idea of not having that any more is something you're not comfortable with?

No, I can't say I have felt that way. I think, it sounds like you have resentment problems toward your mate and a lust problem. If you crave him the sex must be better than the resentment. You need to figure out what you want the most. There are plenty of other people you could have sex with and not be resentful toward, you know.

i started seeing this guy after my divorce that i was extremely atrracted to, but then started to despise him because he has such different morals and values from me, but yet i am drawn to him, still - seeing a therapist to get him out of my system.

you can stand your mate more than you admit. there's always that love/hate relationship going on between couples. probably somethings you hate about him, and probably somethings you love about him. such is life.
