He will face charges for illegal eavesdropping If his appeal doesn't save his butt, but as it stands the judge said it would not hurt the security of the U.S.A. to hold him accountable so he's filed an appeal.

yes, he realised that American people are angry about Iraqi war. bush is a lame duck now for two years to complete his term.
