I don't know, this is going to be very interesting. At least he did admit that he was disapointed. However, someone else must have wrote his speech on how he is looking forward to a bi-partisan relationship... I can't believe he said that. He was congratulating the Dems, but inside he was probably thinking, Oh My God, why did you put me in Hell. He no longer has his republican government backing him. He is like the little schoolboy... one that was taunting the bully with his gang of big friends, then suddenly found himself all alone and about to be beaten, big friends no where in sight.
I think we may finally see our much needed change in government, I am excited. I am sure Bush is about 5 seconds away from having a meltdown.

I think he looks relaxed ,now he can put the beast of burden(the war) onto someone elses shoulders...He will continue to run the Presidency as a man
who has withstood brow beating & criticism, keeping his own personal principles in tact...Rumsfeld resigned by the way,no need for propaganda there..Now that Dem's will be running the show it will be most interesting to watch them deliver on their lip service or fold to the Rep.'s in 2008..

Bias anyone? If you want plate fill of bias, this guy is selling. Actually President Bush looked really complacent and at peace. I have to be honest I expected him to look like you saw him through your biased lenses, but actually he seemed enthusiastic to work with Democrats just as he had with Republicans. I suspect some of that came from the end to his frustrations with Congress stalling on his guest worker program, which the Dems support. I'm very proud of our president for the strong and enlightened presence he showed today.
