I would pratise on the trampoline..strenghten your legs for higher jumps

Strength Shoes - They are very funky but I'm only 6'0" and they helped me dunk...

Otherwise two suggestions.... walk on your toes or jump with weights on your legs....

Jumpsoles can add up to 10 inches on your vertical. everyone i kno that has used them swears by them and they deifintly show reuslts. you could also do some weight lifting to get you leg muscles stronger.

you cant do anything but practice and make your legs even stronger

use leg weights. it helped me. and just practice.
