If you mean on a global level; perhaps. Particularly if you consider Central and South America as well as Brazil. Different social scientists have classified Hispanics differently, hence it is hard to know who is being referred to and what races are being discussed here. There are infinite combinations of Native Americans on both continents, Whites and Blacks. If you consider all these things, then this statement is plausible.

I'm not sure, Where I live that's not true about Hispanics. I'm in a interracial relationship but my husband isn't Hispanic.

I see it alot where I live. My brothers wife is hispanic. I dont know the real facts on this, but I do see it alot.
