Sorry don't know of any web sites but

Hailstorms can form any where, if there is a cloud. Hail storms form by little ice particles that are in a cloud. All of these particles are constantly bumping into each other and freezing the way that they bump into each other. Eventually they get so heavy that they fall from the cloud into the ground.

a hail storm can form any where at any time it occurs when percipitation (just for sake) or water falls to the earth and an up draft pushes it back up into the atmosphere after doing thins repeatitvly it freezes and once it becomes to heavy it falls to the ground
