I'm a plumber and as such i don't understand why you need to buy a radiator key as they normally come with the radiators. If you ask at your local Travis Perkins they will give you few for nothing. If not pretty much any diy shop, or the tight plumber who installed the system

Any hardware store , A shop selling tools, a plumbing shop, b&q and lots more.
but keep in mind that if you have a new system installed it could be a selfventilating one and you must have tried to open the valve on a rad and it staid cold, there is a good chance that just the valve is sticking, so open and close it a few time and that should solve it( there is a valve blade inside which is lubricated, due to long storage times this can get sticky)

Any heating shop but, if you had central gas heating installed, why would you have radiators? am I missing something here?

get on to the people who installed it ,they should have left you one key for each radiator, if you need to buy some any DIY store sells them

Absolutley any DIY store, get a few, they cost very little and it is wise to have one on your house key chain so you always now were one is at least!
