There was a young man from Skye
Who had a peculiar tie
He chewed it all night
until it was light
because it tasted of pie.

Pies
there are many different pies
don't think I'm telling lies
I find them all quite yummy
and then filling my tummy
There are many fillings to chose
from lamb, Piggy's and moos
there is also pies with fish
I'll eat them from a dish
As well as those above
there is all ways ones i love
like steak and kidney
that one does it for me
lemon meringue
that bitter tang
mince pies and cream
that christmas dream

Oh the size of the pies
I can't believe my eyes
What whoppers-how huge they are!
They're all so big and round-
Each must weigh some fourteen pound
And you can't fit them in a car!
Were I to have a feast
On such a huge beast
I'd end up enormous and fat!
But they look so very nice
I'll take a great big slice
And think I'll leave it at that.

Lights:
They are the shine of the day
They're everywhere you work or play
They bring brightness into this life
They are as sharp as a knife
They're always there, days and nights
So we thank the day for these precious lights

at the end of a tunnel theres always a light,
you can see it better if you look at night,
but dont you follow it it not as you thought,
its the boegy man holding a great big torch,
he holds it for you hes drawn to your eyes,
but dont let him fool you hes after you pies.
