there was chinese contact on the pacific coast from well brfore 495 a.d. at which point a major expedition lead by an iranian from luristan, modern iran ,found and claimed the lands of fusang for china and it's emperor!!they saw rewood trees and shamanistic tooth extractions utilizing rattlesnake venom as an anti-coagulant and pain killer(an aztec technique)and the land was 10000 li to the east of china as recorded in the chronicles of the chinese emperors for the year 499 a.d. when the tattered remeants of the expediton had returned!! there was sited also a chinese restaurant in rimac ,peru in the inca empire before the landing of the spaniards under pizzaro in 1520!!many other chinese expeditions had been sent out under the unscrupous guidance of various adventurers sometimes with cavalry, masses of supplies and support ships, women, slaves and ample food supplies who never had the intention of returning again to china once freedom could be assured!!many great ships some of 400 foot lengths with 9 masts and sails reinforced with bamboo sailed out on voyages of conquest trade and discovery...it is only logical than either by misfortune, disaster or design some chinese survivors would remain in every direction that the ships went from africa to the americas and that they did leave a lasting and unmistakable mark on the lands that they reached!!i personnaly found two pieces of ceramics datable to 1317 in an indian village site above torrance beach in palos verdes.california!!and divers have found chinese anchors off of the same shoreline!!americans as always are the late comers without any knowledge or concern of who or what preceeded them!!!china and iran have better claim to the land that is california by findinng it 1000 years before columbus and documenting the discovery in writng when london was a rude collection of fishing huts if that!!
