Partner if you want a Quad for snow plowing, and one that has good power the rest of the year, than you need a 500 Honda Foreman. (TRX500FM6) In and out on the fly four wheel drive, transverse mounted ATV engine that does not lose 20% of its power to the rear wheels via a jack shaft, cause you do not have a jack shaft in a Honda.Lower center of gravity, (motor sits lower in the frame). DC outlet for night plowing, (extra spot light). Do not even think of mounting a plow to any thing smaller than a 350. A 450 or 500 is better yet. Also do not buy a belt drive automatic Quad to plow snow, you are asking for a headache. Go with the 5 speed. Sport Quads may be fast, but they do not plow snow. You can buy an 06 for around $6300.00

Ive never had any problems with Suzuki or Honda. A Suzuki LTZ 400 is good for all kinds or work. And a Honda 300 EX is very versatile also. Raptors are overated, and heavy, an LTZ can beat one. Honda/yamaha/Suzuki?kawasaki 450's are race quads, if you wanna race buy them if not go for a 400 or 300 or 250

Don't get a Polaris, they are a pain to work on.
I'd get a Honda, they are easier to fix if it ever breaks down and they are very reliable.
I rolled my 250 racing style Honda down a hill and it started right back up and still runs fine!
However, i don't know what model you would want.
Honda's just about always start right up in cold weather. I do donuts in the driveway with mine in the winter.BE CAREFUL!

a honda is the choice of 4-wheeler rental companies and the power of 110 or 300cc won't do what you want ---------take a look at the 450cc and see that it is more like your needs----snow and water clearance as well as a good plow pusher......wc

dont get a suzuki or kawasaki, they break easily and replacement parts are expensive. go for a honda or yamaha, the honda trx300 would be good but for big ballsy ness go for the yamaha grizzly 660, its bigger than wat you wanted but a 300 will only go about 60 kmh and the 660 will go alot faster, about 110 - 120 kmh, im outies
