My company finds it difficult to wash the walk-in freezer floors because water would make the floors too slick. We can't afford to put too much time into emptying out the freezer to clean it as 1. the food may spoil and 2. external time constraints won't allow us to.

use windshield washer anti-freeze instead of water and a soap that is not have high foaming . I have used it to clean a drive in freezer.

there are commercial cleaners you can use that hospitals use. However, keeping something likesawdust on the floors and just sweeping itup daily may work as well simply because it would absorb any spills.
